Das Tulpenhaus is a terraced house on four levels, currently undergoing a complete renovation. After the refurbishment it will offer four rental units with shared spaces:
Fast internet in every room with your own private network per tenant – plus a wired network socket in each room.
Smart locks on the front door and room doors – no keys needed, enter conveniently via app or code.
Heat pump and solar panels with battery storage – up-to-date building technology that makes the all-in rent possible.
Control light and heating in your room digitally. Electric shutters are available in the rooftop studio at launch; the other rooms are prepared for them.
The house is on a quiet residential street in Augsburg-Haunstetten. The University of Augsburg is easy to reach by bike or tram, as are the city centre, shops and the green south of Augsburg.
